Refund policy
Damaged goods
If your goods arrive damaged we require you to advise us within 48 hours from which you received the goods by emailing italianflame@outlook.com
To be eligible for a replacement, please provide all of the following information, (within 48 hours):

a copy of your initial purchase receipt or email

a picture and or pictures of damaged goods

your full name, address, email and contact phone number
We will then arrange for the damaged item to replaced.
Faulty goods
We ask you to ensure that you read and understand The Italian Flame’s burning and candle care instructions. If you did not follow our burning instructions then it is likely that the candle has not been used properly. If you have done this and there is a fault then please let us know as soon as possible and we will investigate further and, if deemed faulty, will issue you with an exchange or refund.
Change of mind
We ask you to choose your products carefully, we do not exchange products due to a change of mind.
Refunds
All refund requests are reviewed individually.
