Millefiori Honey, Cinnamon & Ginger
Mostaccioli are a hard biscuit with a chewy centre, generally enjoyed in the south of Italy at Christmas time. Traditionally made using honey and flour and sometimes spiced up with cinnamon and ginger. They are then rolled out by hand and moulded into decorative shapes.
We blended a mix of fragrance oils to replicate the scent of this delicious treat and had lots of fun in the process!
This is Italy's version of ginger bread (in a candle)!
