Candle care is an important aspect which improves the safety, regulates the burning time and prolongs a candles life.
Our Candle Care Kits come with three important and functional tools:
WICK TRIMMER
Includes a beveled inside edge which allow for a clean cut every time.
Keeping your wicks trimmed after every burn (around 5mm) is essential to ensure the best, most even, burning experience for your candle.
Use this tool to help trim off the effects of mushrooming and excess carbon and also to help prevent soot from forming on the glass. It will also help catch the trimmings which reduces the chance of debris falling on the candle wax.
CANDLE SNUFFER
The candle snuffer safely extinguishes the candle and removes the risk of blowing or spilling wax onto yourself or your furniture.
WICK DIPPER
A wick dipper will allow you to push the wick into the melted candle wax to quickly extinguish the flame. The wick can then be trimmed once it has returned upright.
